Henrietta

The attached photographs are of a model boat bought by my mother in Penzance, Cornwall, in the mid-1980s. The boat (named "Henrietta") is 25" long (33" including the prow), has a beam of 7" and measures 41" from keel to the top of the mast. The hull is hollow and the fin is part metal (lead?). I've been told it is rigged in a traditional Cornish manner, though I've no idea if this is true or not. I'd be very grateful if you could tell me if this is a manufactured boat or the work of an amateur, and what kind of boat it is modelled upon?

I'd also appreciate any guidance on getting the boat restored for display rather than sailing. The sails need replacing, it needs a good lick of paint, the main boom is broken and the rigging is in a mess. Where should I begin?
